Join us for a complimentary Pilates Barre class at The Point at Belcourt Village. This series of outdoor classes will strengthen your mind, body, and soul with an instructor leading a variety of different classes, all levels of experience are welcome! This week’s class is yoga sculpt, this new yoga class combines free weights with yoga sequencing and bursts of cardio to intensify each pose. Mix in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls for class that’s fun & upbeat and designed to boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass.
