Join us for a complimentary Pilates Barre class at The Point at Belcourt Village. This series of outdoor classes will strengthen your mind, body, and soul with an instructor leading a variety of different classes, all levels of experience are welcome! This week’s class is shadow boxing, designed to give you a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of boxing and strength training. This 10-round, 45-minute session is divided between learning boxing combos on our aqua-filled bags and strength training techniques. Great for all fitness levels & experience.
