Join us for a complimentary Pilates Barre class at The Point at Belcourt Village. This series of outdoor classes will strengthen your mind, body, and soul with an instructor leading a variety of different classes, all levels of experience are welcome! This week’s class is pb hiit, combining elements of barre, TRX, pilates and strength training. This workout is designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength and rev up your metabolism. Adjustable for all levels, this class utilizes weights, resistance bands, and gliders to turn up the heat.
