Join us for a complimentary Pilates Barre class at The Point at Belcourt Village. This series of outdoor classes will strengthen your mind, body, and soul with an instructor leading a variety of different classes, all levels of experience are welcome! This week’s class is mat pilates, where the workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout. Therabands, balls, and light weights are often used to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion.
Please bring a mat, towel, and water to class.
