Highgate Elementary School
Part of the Panama Buena Vista Unified School District, Highgate Elementary opened in August of 2021 to serve the Seven Oaks neighborhoods of Belcourt and Highgate. The school aims to create an environment in which students own their learning.
Valley Montessori Academy

The Belcourt Community Park provides a field, tennis courts, community amphitheater and a shaded tot lot play area.
Stephen J. DeBranch Trail
The Stephan J. DeBranch Memorial Trail is 50 feet wide and will be three miles long along the “spine” of the community, with space for running, walking, and cycling. It branches off to encircle and connect the residential, retail, and business areas and, ultimately, the Kern River Bike Trail.
Highgate Dog Park
Highgate Dog Park offers a no-leash area for dogs and their owners to enjoy. The no leash area is surrounded by fencing and is large enough to tire out the most energetic dog.
