As we look back on the past year, it is evident that 2023 has been a remarkable time filled with construction throughout the Seven Oaks master plan.

Belcourt Seven Oaks continued to grow as it moved into phase three of development, adding two new enclaves – Belcourt Westhaven and Belcourt Reserve. In Belcourt Westhaven, Woodbridge Pacific Group continued the development of their popular Mahogany and Patina models and introduced new custom Sterling homes. This past spring, John Balfanz Homes presented their latest product, Amberley, when it opened two new models within Belcourt Reserve. As the residential development came to fruition, we saw the continuation of lush streetscapes along the newly expanded streets of Allen Road and Muirlands Avenue. Also, the recent addition of a second private paseo further demonstrates Belcourt’s commitment to creating serene, walkable spaces within the master plan.

Within the confines of Seven Oaks Business Park, Centric Health has been working to complete Phase I of their medical building at the intersection of Bolthouse Drive and Trade Center. Simultaneously, CA Realty is making notable headway with Phase II, constructing a new multi-tenant building that is nearing its final stages of completion. A portion of the building will soon be the forever home of The Skin Lab. The Seven Oaks Business Park also welcomed Grow Public Schools as they recently acquired tenant space and will soon relocate to the area.

At The Shoppes at Seven Oaks Business Park, we celebrated the opening of The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf®, the first location of many in Kern County, along with the addition of Mas Bella Restaurant and Lounge, which specializes in Latin-Asian fusion dishes. As the year wraps up, so does the construction of Noor Aesthetics and Wellness Spa, which anticipates opening in January!

Further up the road at Belcourt Village, January began with the opening of Pilates Barre. The highly anticipated lifestyle center is nearing completion of construction of Phase II. This phase will add three buildings plus The Pointe, a community-orientated gathering space. Also, the year brought the announcement of new tenancies joining Belcourt Village. These include Today Cleaners, Apricot Lane Boutique, Flower Bar, and Gillson’s Jewelers, all of which expect to open in 2024!

As we look ahead to 2024, Bolthouse Properties anticipates more growth throughout the Seven Oaks master plan, including new developments at The Shoppes at Seven Oaks Business Park and the launch of activities at The Pointe inside Belcourt Village.
